I wanted a small energy efficient home easy to take care of so I bought this a few years ago. I wanted all the cool stuff new homes have so I rearranged the floor plan. I made it into a cool updated and remodeled home that's wide open like new homes with new appliances and fixtures but in an older neighborhood that's much closer to the heart of the city.

The new driveway goes in, the new garage door goes on, new windows put in and porch are built.
This house has a new modern look but still fits in comfortably with the neighborhood.
