This house is "For Sale by Owner" and is located in the family friendly Round Hill subdivision of Overland Park, KS

I wanted a small energy efficient home easy to take care of so I bought this a few years ago. I wanted all the cool stuff new homes have so I rearranged the floor plan. I made it into a cool updated and remodeled home that's wide open like new homes with new appliances and fixtures but in an older neighborhood that's much closer to the heart of the city.

Here is the full bath on the first floor

 Here is the master bath. It has a fully in-cased tile shower 3'X5' with two shower heads, steam shower built in and a granite bench. Around the corner is a double bowl vanity with linen towers. There is a heat grid under the tile that will keep your feet nice and toasty in the winter.

The old kitchen was removed including 2 walls. It was re-framed, wired, plumbed and sheeted. 

Here is the new space. It will be 8' wide and 18' long. It will have all new cabinets, new electrical, new appliances and a heated tile floor. It will have a 4' X 6' pantry too. 

The home has been upgraded with a 200 amp service and two breaker boxes so there are many new curcuits. The kitchen has all new curcuit runs and many are 20 amps with an outlet located every 24 inches along both sides. New cabinets, butcher block top on one side silestone on the other. Heated tile floor and a 4X6' pantry for food storage.

And the finished product... A brand new kitchen with a 4ft X 6ft pantry, new GE appliances, all new electric and plumbing and a heated tile floor.  A granite top on the wet side and butcher block on the cooking side. Quiet close top drawers and roll out bottom drawers.

The new driveway goes in, the new garage door goes on, new windows put in and porch are built.

This house has a new modern look but still fits in comfortably with the neighborhood.

We are Patrick & Liz Guilfoyle and we own this house. I bought it a few years ago to remodel to live in. I've made many structural changes to the property. It's solid as a rock and because it was built in the 60's it's got good bones.
